Mindfulness is the psychological process of purposely
bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the
present moment without judgment,
which one develops through the practice
of meditation and through other training.

We focus on the topics like Mindfulness medication,
mindfulness breathing, mindfulness practice, and mindfulness therapy.

Some examples of mindfulness include: Pay attention.
It's hard to slow down and notice things in a busy world.
Try to take the time to experience your environment
with all of your senses — touch, sound, sight, smell and taste.

For example, when you eat a favorite food,
take the time to smell, taste, chew  and truly enjoy it.

What is the purpose of mindfulness meditation?

There is more than one way to practice mindfulness,
but the goal of any mindfulness technique is to achieve
a state of alert, focused relaxation by deliberately
paying attention to thoughts and sensations without judgment.

All mindfulness techniques are a form of meditatiom.

How do you do mindfulness meditation?

     A Simple Meditation Practice

     1. Sit comfortably.
     2. Notice what your legs are doing.
     3.Straighten your upper body—but don't stiffen.
     4. Notice what your arms are doing.
     5. Soften your gaze.
     6. Feel your breath.
     7. Notice when your mind wanders from your breath.
     8. Be kind about your wandering mind.

Does mindfulness help anxiety therapy?

Research has shown that mindfulness helps us
reduce anxiety and depression. It is a form of therapy.

By teaching awareness for one's physical and
mental state in the moment, mindfulness allows
for more adaptive reactions to difficult situations.

Mindfulness works through a number of ways.
It encourages us to open up and accept our emotions.

What is the difference between mindfulness and meditation?

Mindfulness is the awareness of “some-thing,”
while meditation is the awareness of “no-thing.”

There are many forms of meditation.

Others use the body as a means to develop awareness,
           such as Yoga or walking;

           Others use sound,
as in chanting or intoning sacred words.
“I could never still my mind.
